Ahh...Gig Harbor and Mt. Rainier on a Thursday afternoon....

I was in New York City this week on a work trip. I decided this time to pack my rather large DSLR camera. I am glad I went through the extra effort! New York City had a large snow storm last night and I was able to get out and about this afternoon before rushing off to the Newark airport.

It was quite a show today as I watched the Surf Scooters dive for Clams in our backyard.

 I can't imagine how in the world they digest these good sized clams!
