
We recently have started a 4.5-mile walk starting from our house through Ray Nash Valley, past Kopachuck State Park and back to our house. We continue to see Columbian Black Tail Deer along our walk. I actually used to bow hunt for Blacktail back in California near Lake Tahoe. The Black-tailed deer’s range is from northern California through Oregon, Washington, British Columbia to the Alaskan panhandle.
